[目的]观察自拟清胰汤联合西医治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。[方法]将60例患者分为两组,对照组30例采用常规西医治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟清胰汤胃管注入。观察两组患者治疗前后血淀粉酶恢复、尿淀粉酶恢复、腹痛消失时间、饮食恢复时间、住院时间指标。两组均以7d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程判定疗效。[结果]对照组总有效率90.00%,治疗组总有效率96.70%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组。治疗组血、尿淀粉酶恢复时间及腹痛消失时间、饮食恢复时间、住院时间均优于对照组。[结论]自拟清胰汤联合西医治疗急性胰腺炎可以提高疗效,利于患者早期康复,值得进一步推广。
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Qingyi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. [Method] The 60 patients were divided into two groups. The control group of 30 patients were treated with routine western medicine. Thirty patients in the treatment group were injected with self-made qingyitang gastric tube on the basis of the control group. Blood amylase recovery, urinary amylase recovery, disappearance of abdominal pain, dietary recovery time and hospitalization time were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Both groups are 7d for a course of treatment, treatment of a course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Result] The total effective rate of the control group was 90.00%, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.70%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Treatment group blood, urine amylase recovery time and disappearance of abdominal pain, diet recovery time, hospital stay were better than the control group. [Conclusion] Self-made Qingyi Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the curative effect of acute pancreatitis, which benefits the early rehabilitation of patients and is worth further promotion.
