本文对生产中应用的气马达位控问题进行了分析,对X-D线图法做了补充和修正,使其扩大应用于执行元件(如气马达、油马达)具有正、反转及中停三种状态的程序回路设计。还提出了对马达中停控制的信号障碍(Ⅲ型障碍)的新理论和消障措施。
This paper analyzes the position control problem of gas motor used in the production, complements and corrects the XD chart method, and enlarges and applies it to the execution components (such as gas motor and oil motor) Program state circuit design. Also put forward a new theory of motor stop control signal barrier (type III barrier) and dismantling measures.
