随着渔业的发展,池塘养殖中鱼病发生率越来越高,鱼病种类也越来越多,给渔业生产造成极大损失。本人结合多年实践经验,总结出一套池塘养殖过程中鱼病综合防治措施,供水产同仁们参考。1 鱼病预防措施1.1 苗种投放前的防病措施1.1.1 清除过多淤泥池塘淤泥一般以10~20cm为宜,过厚的淤泥是导致鱼病频发的重要因素。底泥中孳生有大量的致病微生物和寄生虫,底泥过厚池塘消毒和水体消毒都不能彻底。另外,淤泥中含有大量的有机物质,高温季节氧化分解,消耗水中大量的溶氧,造成水体缺氧引起鱼类浮头,甚至发生泛塘死鱼事故。淤泥中含氮有机物,在微生物作用下,产生毒性很强的氨态氮及硫化氢气体,轻则影响鱼类的摄食生长,重则引起氨中毒,特别是精养池塘在秋末初冬季节较易发生,我县已发生多起氨中毒事例。
