最优抗高血压运动:据日本专家研究,可供高血压病人选择的运动方式有散步、骑自行车、游泳,不宜采用举、拉、推、挑重物之类活动,因为这可诱发血压上升。散步等皆为动态的有氧运动,通过肌肉的反复收缩,促使血管收缩与扩张,从而降低血压。
Optimal antihypertensive exercise: According to Japanese experts, the choice of exercise for hypertensive patients with walking, cycling, swimming, should not be used to lift, pull, push, pick heavyweight and other activities, because it can induce blood pressure rise . Walking and so are dynamic aerobic exercise, repeated contraction of the muscles, to promote vasoconstriction and expansion, thereby reducing blood pressure.
