为探讨缺血性中风时红细胞与正常内皮细胞的粘附特点,采用流室系统对脑血栓形成、短暂脑缺血发作患者血红细胞与正常内皮细胞粘附特性进行了研究。结果显示脑血栓形成组及短暂脑缺血发作组红细胞与正常内皮细胞粘附数量较正常组明显增加;而短暂脑缺血发作组与脑血栓形成组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),提示红细胞与内皮细胞粘附作用增强可能在缺血性中风发病过程中起了重要作用。
In order to investigate the characteristics of erythrocyte adhesion to normal endothelial cells in ischemic stroke, flow cytometry was used to study the adhesion of red blood cells to normal endothelial cells in patients with cerebral thrombosis and transient ischemic attack. The results showed that the number of erythrocytes and normal endothelial cells in cerebral thrombosis group and transient ischemic attack group was significantly increased compared with the normal group; while there was no significant difference between the transient ischemic attack group and the cerebral thrombosis group (P> 0.05 ), Suggesting that enhanced adhesion of erythrocytes and endothelial cells may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke.
