北京市干部岗位培训工作起步较早,进步较快,发展健康。1986年以来,市成人教育和人事部门为尽快把干部教育重点转到岗位培训上来,组织各方面力量,广泛开展调查研究,并抓了干部岗位培训的宣传、部署、基础和试点工作。今年1月20日,中共北京市委组织部、北京市成人教育局、北京市人事局联合召开了北京市干部岗位培训工作经验交流会。这里将这次会议上的讲话、报告、经验介绍摘要发表,我们希望这些材料对于干部岗位培训工作的探索、改进会有一定的借鉴价值。
Beijing cadre job training started earlier, faster progress, the development of health. Since 1986, the municipal adult education and personnel department has shifted the focus of cadre education to job training as soon as possible, organized various forces and conducted extensive investigations and studies, as well as propaganda, deployment, foundation and pilot work of cadre post training. January 20 this year, the Beijing Municipal Party Committee Organization Department of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Adult Education, Beijing Municipal Personnel Bureau jointly held a Beijing cadre job training experience exchange. We hereby publish the summary of the speeches, reports and experience presentations made at this meeting. We hope these materials will have some reference value for the exploration and improvement of the training of cadre posts.
