“学高为师,身正为范”是陶行知先生的一句名言。这句话告诉我们,作为一名合格教师,除了要有扎实的专业知识,较高的文化水准,更重要的还要有良好的道德素质。因为,“教师的道德品质,不仅是规范自己行为的需要,更重要的是用于教育学生的需要,教师职业的特殊在于育人,不仅用自己的学识育人,更重要的是以自己的德育人,不仅通过自己的语言去传授知识,而且要用自己的灵魂去塑造学生的灵魂。”
