本文对我院儿科81—83年住院的泌尿系疾病患儿做了调查,结果查明:①本组调查泌尿系疾病162,占同期儿科住院总人数的9.42％,其中急性肾炎占48.77％,泌尿系感染居第二位16.05％紫瘢肾炎占10.49％,肾病综合症占6.17％。②急性肾炎的发病季节、冬春最多,前驱疾病脓皮病则少见,临床表现及合并症均较前明显改善。③泌尿系感染居第二位,肾病综合征,紫瘢性肾炎,虽病程迁延,经综合治疗措施,预合均良好。
