近年来我国建筑行业处于突飞猛进的发展阶段,其作为我国支柱型产业的一员,已经成为我国国民经济建设的主要力量之一。相对于其它行业来说,房建工程有其自身存在的特殊性,直接影响到人们的生命财产安全,因此也引发了全社会的关注。随着房屋建设工程的不断开展,所出现的安全管理问题愈发突出,很显然简单传统的建筑施工安全管理工作已经无法满足新时期建筑工程的发展要求。目前我国一直在提倡建立和谐社会,所以做好建筑施工的安全管理工作显得更为重要。下面就房屋建筑施工开展过程中所出现的相关问题进行探讨,提出行之有效的解决措施,最终保证我国房屋建筑的良好发展势态,也希望可以为从事本行业的相关工作人员提出有价值的参考意见。
In recent years, China’s construction industry is in a stage of rapid development. As one of the pillar industries in China, it has become one of the major forces in the national economy of our country. Compared with other industries, the construction project has its own uniqueness, which has a direct impact on the safety of people’s lives and property, and therefore has aroused the concern of the whole society. With the continuous development of housing construction projects, the emerging problems of safety management have become increasingly prominent. It is clear that the simple and traditional construction safety management has been unable to meet the development requirements of construction projects in the new era. At present, China has been advocating the establishment of a harmonious society, so it is even more important to do well in the safety management of building construction. Following the construction of housing construction in the process of carrying out the relevant issues discussed to put forward effective measures to solve, and ultimately ensure the good momentum of development of housing construction in China, but also hope that the relevant personnel engaged in the industry put forward valuable reference opinion.
