以某型汽车发动机护板为分析对象,采用CATIA软件建立汽车护板模型;以有限元分析软件Hyper Works为平台,对护板进行模态分析,并应用Opti Struct软件对护板进行形貌优化,选择1阶频率最大化作为目标函数,并满足护板刚度和强度的约束条件。根据优化的分析结果,将其与加工工艺结合在一起,布置下护板加强筋,并对优化方案进行模型验证,结果显示发动机护板的1阶频率提高了29.96%,优化效果良好,避开了发动机的激振频率,为发动机护板设计加强筋提供了新的方法。
Taking the automobile engine guard plate of a certain type as the analysis object, the automobile guard plate model was established by using CATIA software. The modal analysis of the guard plate was carried out by the finite element analysis software Hyper Works, and Opti Struct software was used to optimize the shape of the guard plate , Choose the first order maximum frequency as an objective function, and meet the constraints of stiffener stiffness and strength. According to the optimized analysis result, combining with the processing technology, the lower stiffener stiffener is arranged and the optimization scheme is verified by the model. The results show that the first order frequency of the engine guard plate is improved by 29.96%, and the optimization effect is good. The excitation frequency of the engine provides a new way to design the stiffener for the engine guard.
