目的对大容量全肺灌洗术治疗早期尘肺的临床疗效进行探讨。方法通过两组患者的对照,对患者术前、术后的病状评分与动脉血气进行比较,对其数据的显著性差异和患者的并发症状进行观察。结果两组患者经过WLL手术后,动脉血气等症状均良好。两组患者的病症综合积分中,早期组的差异最明显(P<0.01),两组患者的PO得到提高,PCO则有所下降。结论通过WLL术的质治疗,尘肺病人的症状均能够得到改善。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high-capacity whole lung lavage for the treatment of early pneumoconiosis. Methods By comparing the two groups of patients, the patient’s preoperative and postoperative symptom scores were compared with those of arterial blood gas. Significant differences in their data and patient’s complications were observed. Results After WLL surgery, both groups showed good arterial blood gas and other symptoms. In the two groups of patients, the differences of syndromes in the early stage group were the most significant (P <0.01). PO in both groups increased and PCO decreased. Conclusion The quality of treatment of patients with pneumoconiosis can be improved by WLL.
