介绍用隐藏信号识别法对板厚10 mm以下的薄板试件中的缺陷,进行超声TOFD法定量和成像的新技术。在电火花加工切槽和焊缝疲劳裂纹试样上的实验结果表明,测试值与实际值基本一致。
This paper introduces the new technology of quantitative and imaging by TOFD by using the hidden signal recognition method to the defects in the thin plate specimen with the thickness of 10 mm or less. The experimental results on EDM notch and weld fatigue cracked specimen show that the test value is basically the same as the actual value.
