目的:观察热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将138例手足口病患儿随机分成两组,其中使用热毒宁70例,使用病毒唑68例。观察两组用药后患儿的体温变化及皮疹消退情况。结果:与病毒唑比较,热毒宁能显著改善手足口病患儿的主要症状与体征,治疗后3天体温恢复正常,总病程略显缩短,且未见明显不良反应。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Rendunning injection in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods: 138 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into two groups, of which 70 cases were treated with Rehuning and 68 cases were treated with Ribavirin. The change of body temperature and the regression of rash in both groups were observed after treatment. Results: Compared with ribavirin, Rendunning can significantly improve the main symptoms and signs of HFMD. After 3 days of treatment, the body temperature returned to normal, with a slight decrease in the total duration of the disease and no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Rendynin injection is effective in treating hand-foot-mouth disease in children.
