教学评价活动广泛地存在于教学实践中,如果说教育是一门艺术,评价应是这门艺术中更绚烂的花朵。课堂教学中,评价是否科学、合理、准确或富有艺术性,将会直接影响学生下一次参与的欲望。如果能在评价中启发、点拨学生,就能有效地训练学生的思维能力和语言能力;如果对学生的活动不加注意,甚至予以生硬的否定,学生就没有了积极性。教学评价艺术的策略,既需要教师在教学技术实践中不断探索、反复锤炼,又需要教师不断加强内部修养。教师只有做到内外兼修,才能在实施教学评价策略的过程中达到“随心所欲不逾矩”的境界。
Teaching evaluation activities exist widely in teaching practice. If education is an art, the evaluation should be more gorgeous flowers in this art. Classroom teaching, evaluation is scientific, reasonable, accurate or artistic, will directly affect the students’ desire to participate in the next. If we can inspire and dial the students in the evaluation, we can effectively train students’ thinking ability and language ability. Students will not have enthusiasm if they neglect their activities or even blunt them. Teaching evaluation of art strategies, both teachers need to constantly explore in the teaching of technical practice, repeated temper, but also requires teachers to continuously strengthen internal training. Only by doing internal and external teachers can teachers in the process of implementing the teaching evaluation strategy to achieve “freewheeling ” realm.
