October 1 this year, the 60th birthday of the People’s Republic of China, is a holiday celebrating the victory of the people throughout the country. This hard-won day, the great Chinese Communist Party, took a Chinese-style revolution and worked arduously for 28 years. Twenty million revolutionary martyrs have sacrificed their precious lives to seize power and lifelong ideals and beliefs. Survivors are mostly gone; those who are older and richer are celebrating the victory
