本文介绍了一种预防外科手术感染的方法并加以证实。于术前约０．５ｈ静脉给予头孢哌酮４．０ｇ，测定给药后２ｈ及４ｈ时血清药物浓度，据此及手术易染菌的最低抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ），推算出血中头孢哌酮浓度能维持大于ＭＩＣ的时间ＴＭＩＣ。结果表明，ＴＭＩＣ可覆盖一般外科手术全过程（４～６ｈ）。此种预防手术感染的方法从实验结果和临床实践中被证明是安全、可靠的。
This article describes and verifies a method of preventing surgical infections.
