近些年来,我国的教育事业实现了快速发展,同时法律教学作为社会主义法制社会建设进程中的一项十分重要的内容也有了较快的发展。法律教学的发展并不仅仅表现在教学课程设置上,还表现在教学方法上。多样的教学方法能够有效地激发学生的学习兴趣,还能够提高教学水平,而模拟法庭教学则在法律教学中扮演着十分重要的角色。基于此,阐述了法律教学的意义,介绍了模拟法庭的特点、运行机制以及原则,并分析了当前模拟法庭中存在的问题,进而提出了针对性的解决对策。
In recent years, the education in our country has witnessed a rapid development. At the same time, legal education has developed rapidly as a very important part in the process of building a socialist legal system. The development of legal teaching is not only manifested in the teaching curriculum, but also in teaching methods. A variety of teaching methods can effectively stimulate students’ interest in learning, but also improve their teaching level. However, moot court teaching plays a very important role in legal teaching. Based on this, the significance of legal teaching is expounded, the characteristics, operating mechanism and principles of the moot court are introduced, and the problems existing in the moot court are analyzed. Then the countermeasures are put forward.
