目的:分析气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中正壬烷浓度的不确定度。方法:通过建立气相色谱法测定正壬烷的数学模型,找到影响不确定度的因素,对各个不确定度因素进行评估和计算,由此计算相对合成不确定度,最终给出测量结果的相对扩展不确定度和置信水平。结果:相对合成不确定度为3.4%,相对扩展不确定度为6.8%(k=2),空气中正壬烷测量结果表示为(40±2.7)mg/m3(k=2)。结论:该方法可用于气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中正壬烷浓度的不确定度的分析,标准溶液配制和解吸效率是影响测定结果的主要因素。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the uncertainty of determination of n-nonane concentration in air of workplace by gas chromatography. Methods: The mathematical model of n-nonane was established by gas chromatography to find the factors that affect the uncertainty. The uncertainty factors were evaluated and calculated to calculate the relative synthetic uncertainty. Finally, the relative measurement results were given Expand uncertainty and confidence levels. Results: The relative synthetic uncertainty was 3.4% and the relative expanded uncertainty was 6.8% (k = 2). The measurement of n-nonane in the air was (40 ± 2.7) mg / m3 (k = 2). Conclusion: This method can be used to determine the uncertainty of n-nonane concentration in the air of the workplace by gas chromatography.
