我国产权交易市场运行实际表明，进场交易的国有产权以协议转让方式成交较多。本来，协议转让和拍卖、招投标等都是交易双方在产权市场中选择的交易方式，可协议转让总有市场价格发现作用不明显、容易形成暗箱操作之嫌。但是，全国大多数产权交易机构进场交易的国有产权转让的项目，协议成交却占了多数。如何看待这种现象，笔者认为，
