项目简介:反应装置是化工厂的核心,而径向反应装置气体流通路径短、压降小、可使用小颗粒催化剂等优于传统固定床反应装置的技术特征,在苯乙烯、催化重整、芳烃异构和歧化等化工装置上被广泛应用,但技术十分复杂。本项目在对径向反应装置进行长期分析和深刻的理解后,经过大型冷模试验研究、计算机模拟和工程放大,从理论上、结构上和关键技术上进行了突破,发明了大型化的新型径向流动反应装置。实践证明发明的大型径向流动反应装置运行平稳节能,各项技术指标达国际先进水平。(1)发明了催化剂自封式结构,在催化床封造成
Brief introduction to the project: The reaction device is the core of a chemical plant.
