在我国经历了多年的经济高速增长之后,人们越来越多的开始关注经济增长效率、经济结构、经济增长对环境的影响、贫富差距等经济增长质量问题。本文从经济发展水平(包括有效性、稳定性、协调性),可持续竞争力(包括经济发展的竞争力和环境资源的可持续)和社会民生福利三个大方面进行全面、深刻的剖析,指出郑州市在“十二五”开局之年的经济增长质量现状。
After many years of rapid economic growth in our country, more and more people are beginning to pay attention to the quality of economic growth such as the efficiency of economic growth, economic structure, the impact of economic growth on the environment and the gap between rich and poor. In this paper, we conduct a comprehensive and profound analysis from three aspects of economic development level (including effectiveness, stability and coordination), sustainable competitiveness (including the competitiveness of economic development and the sustainable development of environmental resources) and social welfare. It points out the status quo of the quality of economic growth in Zhengzhou City in the “12th Five-Year Plan” period.
