作者对昆虫天然产物斑蝥素(Cantharidin,C_(10)H_(12)O_4)的杀虫活性及其作用方式进行了系统的生物测定。结果表明,对菜蛾Plutella xylostella L.幼虫有较强的触杀、胃毒和拒食作用。触杀致死中量为63.85μg/g体重;胃毒致死中量为12.464μg/g体重;拒食中浓度为250.22μmol/L。斑蝥素对菜娥幼虫还有一定内吸毒杀作用,但无熏蒸毒杀和明显的忌避作用。试虫中毒症状主要为活动能力下降,逐渐死亡,虫体前中部发黑,肠道有粘液渗出,肛门略有外突。
The authors conducted a systematic bioassay on the insecticidal activity and its mode of action of Cantharidin (C_ (10) H_ (12) O_4), an insect natural product. The results showed that the larvae of Plutella xylostella larva had strong contact toxicity, stomach toxicity and antifeedant effect. The lethal dose was 63.85μg / g body weight; stomach lethal dose was 12.464μg / g body weight; the antifeedant concentration was 250.22μmol / L. Cantharidin vegetables and larvae have some internal toxicity, but no fumigation poisoning and obvious evasion effect. Symptoms of pest poisoning mainly decreased mobility, gradually died, the former black centrality of insects, intestinal mucus exudation, anal slightly protruding.
