There have been studies on the quiescence of electrical stimulation of facial or limb muscle peripheral nerves. Patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) were observed to have “reduced inhibition of external stimuli” in their leg muscles. Stimulation of the trigeminal nerve can inhibit the independent contraction of the mandibular closed muscle, such suppression is called to accept the inhibition of external stimuli. Although the quiescent phase of muscle fibrillation may be known to be normal or prolonged, inhibition of skin irritation in PD patients may be reduced. The changes of Parkinson’s disease hand receiving external stimuli have not been elucidated so far.
