本文对滚动轴承磨料磨损故障进行了模拟试验和振动信号的处理和分析。对轴承磨损引起的二次效应的分析,获得了区别于诊断其它故障形式的灵敏诊断参数和方法,指出用峰值因素来判别轴承的磨损故障是有效的。进一步考察磨损历程频谱包络能量的变化规律,建立了在线监视和诊断磨损故障与磨损程度的微机处理系统。本文提出了轴承精度消失故障冲击的概念,并可用采确定轴承振动冲击与精度等级下降以及磨损程度之间的关系。
In this paper, the abrasive wear failure of rolling bearing was simulated and the vibration signal was processed and analyzed. The analysis of the secondary effect caused by the bearing wear has obtained the sensitive diagnosis parameters and methods different from other forms of diagnosis. It is pointed out that it is effective to determine the bearing wear failure by the peak factor. Further study on the variation rule of spectrum enveloping energy during wear history and established a microcomputer processing system for on-line monitoring and diagnosis of wear failure and wear degree. In this paper, the concept of failure of bearing accuracy disappears, and the relationship between the bearing vibration impact and the decline of the accuracy grade and the degree of wear can be determined by mining.
