福建省实验幼儿园每学期都会以年段为单位开展读书交流活动,再由年段推荐全园共读的好书。《第56号教室的奇迹》《老师怎样和学生说话》就是通过这样的途径推荐给全园教师的。《第56号教室的奇迹》通篇传递着爱的激情、教育的智慧,极富感染力。看过这本书的教师都会从中体会到自己的价值所在,也会由此充满力量。《老师怎样和学生说话》是一本非常具有指导性的书籍,能够帮助教师学习如何在日常与幼儿进行交流互动。福建省实验幼儿园的教师们结合师德体会谈了他们阅读这些书籍后的感受,通过这种形式,幼儿园营造出了浓浓的书香氛围,教师们的思想修养、专业素质也得到了有效提高。
