在80L的玻璃水槽中用新鲜的和腐烂的水生大型植物及促生长用商品颗粒饲料(40%粗蛋白)饲养斑节对虾幼苗(PL_(50))30d以上。投喂大型植物的幼虾之生长和成活率显著高于对照组(投喂颗粒饲料)。投喂新鲜禾本茨藻(100%)的幼虾与投喂腐烂的海滨蔓藻(65.4%)、新鲜海滨蔓藻(58.9%)和颗粒饲料(52.5%)的幼虾相比成活率最高。投喂腐烂禾本茨藻的幼虾成活率最低(30.6%)但生长最好(头胸甲长(CL)7.8mm,总体长(TL)37.6mm,体重(BW)0.2587g),虾体规格显著大于投喂颗粒饲料的幼虾(CL6.2mm,BW0.2338g)和投喂其他大型植物的幼虾。投喂新鲜海滨蔓藻的虾生长最差(CL4.5mm,TL24.7mm,BW0.1070g)。
Penaeus monodon (PL_ (50)) was reared for more than 30 days in 80L glass sinks with fresh and decayed aquatic macrophytes and commercial grain feed for growth (40% crude protein). Growth and survival rates of juvenile shrimp fed large plants were significantly higher than those of the control group fed pelleted feed. The juvenile shrimp fed fresh P. graminearum (100%) had the highest survival rate compared with the juvenile shrimp fed rotten C. przewalskii (65.4%), fresh marmoset (58.9%) and pellet feed (52.5%) . The juvenile juveniles fed on rotten Hepatocarpus larvae had the lowest survival rate (30.6%) but the best growth (CL = 7.8mm, total length (TL) 37.6mm, body weight (BW) 0.2587g) The specifications were significantly greater than juveniles (CL6.2 mm, BW0.2338 g) fed pelleted feed and juveniles fed other large plants. Shrimp fed fresh seaweeds had the worst growth (CL4.5mm, TL24.7mm, BW 0.1070g).
