1病例介绍患者男,77岁,因反复下腹痛、血便1年余,再发1d入院。患者诉自2013年上旬开始无明显诱因出现下腹痛,为间断性隐痛,疼痛部位固定,无放射痛及牵涉痛,疼痛与排便相关,自觉排便后疼痛可稍缓解,偶有血便,大便4~5次/d,大便与血相混合,可见少量黏液、胨子,曾多次在我院住院治疗,诊断为溃疡性结肠炎,病情好转后出院。于2014-10-20上午再次突发下腹痛,疼痛难忍,解鲜血便2次,
