香椿芽味美,营养丰富,是人们喜爱的菜用树种,但因长期以来依靠四旁零星栽植,管理粗放,椿芽产量低、上市时间短,不能满足人们生活的需要。近几年,我省香椿丰产栽培发展较快,对缓和供求矛盾起了一定作用。为了探索集约化管理的新途径,解决矮化密植中的理论和实践问题,我们自1985年开始进行了试验,获得了大量的研究资料和明显的增产效果。现将试验情况报告如下。
