“7351”是由上海寄生虫病研究所于1970年合成的一种新抗疟药,系采用苯骈萘啶为母核,将双边的四氢吡咯次甲基支链与其相连,形成一种新的苯骈萘啶衍生物,化学名为2-甲氧基-7-氯-10[3,5-双四氢吡咯次甲基-4-羟苯基]氨基苯骈[1,5]-萘啶,商品名为磷酸咯萘啶,简称“7351”。近年来经初步在云南、广东海南岛、浙江、山东等地,对恶性疟疾及间日疟疾进行了现场观察,疗效迅速,副反应轻,与氯喹无交叉抗药性。1974年6~10月,山东省寄生虫病防治所在巨野县城关公社朱庄大队,应用“7351”针剂治疗间日疟36例,60天累计复发18例(复发率50%)复发
