临沂地区连续引种茶树已有二十多年历史,现有茶园面积四万余亩。本地区所产的茶叶据中国农科院茶叶研究所鉴定,茶叶鲜叶的主要化学成分都高于南方,其特点是:“叶片肥厚、肉质很好、滋味浓、香味高、耐冲泡。”我们根据临沂地区茶园土壤调查有关数据及临沂地区茶叶试验站的有关资料,对土壤养分含量与茶叶品质的关系进行了分析研究,结果如下:
