On the appearance of seeking / employment impact, the United States psychologists have done many series of studies. The general conclusion is that the best-looking candidate is more likely to be selected than the average-looking candidate and the starting salary is higher. There was an experiment that had been shown on American television to do the same. Psychologists invited four actors to assist their research, two men and two women, one man looks like a movie star, the other is more normal, but not ugly.
