学生是一个个活生生的生命个体,每个个体都是有感情、有思想的,他们之间存在着客观差异,这差异决定了课堂是动态生成的,决定了课堂不仅是师生的教学活动场所,更是师生的生命活动场所。因此,只有关注每个学生的生命体验,塑造一个关系融洽的、活动思考的课堂,让每个学生的生命在活动与思考中灵动起来,我们的课堂才能真正落实素质教育的要求。下面,以教学《磁铁有磁性》(教育科学出版社三年级下册)这节课为例,谈谈自己的体会。
