根据市委党史研究室1995年-2000年科研工作规划,从1995年起我们就开始转向社会主义时期党史资料的征集。因为档案资料比较全,较短时间里,我们就征集了400多万字的史料。在征集资料的过程中编写了《土地改革》、《合作化》、《资本主义工商业的社会主义改造》、《四清运动》等专题和大事记。还为市委党史研究室编辑的各区县纪略文集撰写了《京东重镇今胜昔》、《接管通州城开创新纪元》、《计划经济建设开始社会主义制度初建》、《十年建设的回顾》、《通县“文革”十年》等5篇专题文章,并整理撰写了《通州社会主义建设史(资料稿)》,为《通州社会主义建设史》的编写奠定了基
