中共中央政治局常委、中央纪委书记王岐山于2015年9月24日在福建调研并主持召开座谈会,听取了群众代表以及相关党员对装订修改廉政准则和党纪处分条例的意见建议,提出了监督中“四种形态”。由此可知,王岐山同志总结出了违法违纪等行为都是由量变而引起的质变规律。以下,就是本文对实践“四种形态”创新高效监督执纪方式的研究。
