[目的]探讨高频超声在放射性白内障诊断中的应用价值。[方法]应用高分辨率超声诊断仪检测18例36眼放射性白内障患者的眼晶状体,分析晶状体形态及内部回声的改变。[结果]36眼放射性白内障声像图可分为三期:初起期、成熟期和过熟期。经眼科裂隙灯和手术病理证实,超声检查诊断符合率为94.44%。[结论]高频超声检查可以全面地了解晶状体的状况,是诊断放射性白内障的有效方法之一。
[Objective] To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of radiation cataract. [Method] High-resolution ultrasound was used to detect the lens of the eye in 18 patients with radioactive cataract. The changes of the lens shape and internal echo were analyzed. [Results] 36 cases of radioactive cataract ultrasound images can be divided into three phases: early onset, mature and over-mature period. The ophthalmic slit lamp and surgical pathology confirmed the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was 94.44%. [Conclusion] High frequency ultrasound can fully understand the status of the lens and is one of the effective methods to diagnose radiation cataract.
