[目的]探讨陶瓷产业基地可能产生的噪声与削减措施,减小其对人体健康的影响。[方法]基地建筑施工噪声测定方法,主要依据建筑施工场界噪声测试方法实行;陶瓷生产过程噪声分别按工业生产室内、外噪声源预测模型进行测试计算;交通运输噪声以美国联邦公路管理局(FHWA)公路噪声预测模式计算得出其产生的噪声级别,针对不同的噪声源采取相应措施。[结果]基地产生的噪声比较大,如电钻声级达115dB(A),切割达126dB(A),大型货车达120dB(A)。[结论]科学规划生产区,对陶瓷生产车间进行合理布局,提高工艺自动化水平,强化建筑施工噪声管理及采取必要的隔噪降噪等措施,可使环境噪声降低到较低水平。对建筑陶瓷产业基地噪声进行评估,采取措施减噪,有益于人体健康。
[Objective] To explore the possible noise and reduction measures of ceramic industry base to reduce its impact on human health. [Method] The noise measurement method of base construction is mainly based on the field construction noise test method. The noise of ceramic production process is tested and calculated according to the indoor and outdoor noise source prediction models of industrial production respectively. The transportation noise is measured by the Federal Highway Administration FHWA) road noise prediction mode to calculate the noise level generated by it, and take corresponding measures according to different noise sources. [Results] The noise generated by the base was comparatively large. For example, the sound level of electric drill reached 115dB (A), the cutting height reached 126dB (A) and the large truck reached 120dB (A). [Conclusion] It is feasible to reduce the environmental noise to a lower level by scientifically planning the production area, rationally arranging the ceramic production workshop, raising the level of process automation, strengthening the noise management of construction and adopting the necessary noise and noise reduction measures. Building ceramics industry base to assess the noise, to take measures to reduce noise, beneficial to human health.
