目的:建立厚朴叶中槲皮苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Dikma Diamonsil C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(45:55),流速1mL.min-1,检测波长350nm,检测温度:室温。结果:槲皮苷进样量在0.4~2μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),该方法平均回收率为99.69%,RSD为2.89%。结论:本方法简单、稳定、可控、重复性好,可用于厚朴叶中槲皮苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of quercetin in Magnolia officinalis leaves. Methods: A Dikma Diamonsil C18 (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (45:55) at a flow rate of 1 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 350 nm. Temperature: room temperature. Results: Quercetin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.4-2 μg (r = 0.9997). The average recoveries were 99.69% and the RSD was 2.89%. Conclusion: The method is simple, stable, controllable and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of quercitrin in Magnolia officinalis leaves.
