目的观察温清饮对应激性溃疡及对肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响并研究温清饮抗溃疡作用机制。方法采用大鼠束缚-水浸应激溃疡模型,腹主动脉采血,观察温清饮大、中、小3个剂量对应激性溃疡的发生情况的影响及对大鼠血清TNF-a含量的影响,并应用ELISA试剂盒对其进行检测。结果与模型对照组比较,温清饮能降低大鼠应激性溃疡的指数,并呈现一定的量效关系,其中温清饮40 g.kg-1组溃疡抑制率为68.5%,溃疡评分与模型组相比P<0.01。温清饮的高、中、低3个剂量组均可使大鼠模型血清中的IL-2含量都有所升高,但高剂量组升高水平没有中低剂量组明显。结论温清饮对大鼠应激性溃疡有显著的抑制作用,对大鼠胃粘膜有明显的保护作用,可促进溃疡面愈合。温清饮可使该模型大鼠血清TNF-α水平明显提高,可能是其抗溃疡作用机制之一。
Objective To observe the effect of Wenqingyin on stress ulcer and the level of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and study the mechanism of Wenqingyin on antiulcer effect. METHODS: A rat model of restraint-water stress ulcer was used to collect blood from the abdominal aorta. The effect of three doses of Wenqing Decoction on the occurrence of stress ulcer and the effect of serum TNF-a levels in rats were observed. , and use ELISA kits to detect them. Results Compared with the model control group, Wenqing Decoction could reduce the index of stress ulcer in rats and showed a certain dose-effect relationship. Among them, the inhibitory rate of ulcers in Wenqing Decoction 40 g.kg-1 group was 68.5%, and the ulcer score was Model group compared P<0.01. The high, medium and low doses of Wenqing Decoction all increased the serum IL-2 level in the rat model, but the high-dose group had no significant increase in the level of IL-2. Conclusion Wenqing Decoction has a significant inhibitory effect on stress ulcer in rats, and it has obvious protective effect on gastric mucosa in rats, which can promote ulcer healing. Wenqing Decoction can increase serum TNF-α level in model rats, which may be one of the mechanisms of its antiulcer effect.
