斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴经口感染家兔、小鼠、豚鼠和大鼠,25~120d分期解剖.重点观察肺部虫囊有无成虫及虫卵,以寻求适宜的宿主作为斯氏狸殖吸虫的实验动物.检查结果家兔、小鼠和豚鼠在接种后死亡甚多.均未查到成虫,仅见童虫.接种38只大鼠,感染60d即在肺部出现虫囊;感染90d及110d的肺部虫囊检出童虫及少部分成虫;感染120d时,87.5%虫体成熟,且成虫及卵的形态与感染犬体的斯氏狸殖吸虫的形态相似.提示大鼠是建立斯氏狸殖吸虫动物模型的理想动物.“,”Rabbits, mice. guinea pigs and rats were infected orally with metacercariae of Pagumogonimus skrjabini. 25-120 days after infection, the animals above were anatomized by stages. It was the important point of the observation whether the worm-cysts of lung were parasitized by adults and eggs in quest for befitting host served as the experimental animals of Pagumogonimus skrjabini. The examining results show that most of rabbits, mice and guinea pigs after inoculation died of illness. Any adults were not searched in the bodies of the animals and only juveniles. 38 rats were inoculated and worm-cysts were formed in lungs of rats 60 days after infection. Juveniles and few adults were found 90 days and 110 days after infection. 87. 5 % of worms had matured 120 days after infection and the morphology of the adults and eggs is as analogous as that of the infected dogs Rats are the ideal animals for the production of animal model of pagumogonimus skrjabini.
