教育心理学的理论和知识对语言教师的发展意义深远,尤其是强调个体自身经验,重视学习过程和互动的社会建构主义。本文首先介绍社会建构主义的教学理论及模式,确认了教师、学生、任务、环境四个方面对学习过程的影响。然后阐述了教师对学生、学习和他们自己的信念支配着他们的教学行为。同时通过教学反思能使教师意识到自己的教学观念、信念,不断监视自己的行动是否反映了这些信念,从而做到所想、所做达到统一。
The theory and knowledge of educational psychology are of far-reaching significance to the development of language teachers, especially the social constructivism which emphasizes the individual’s own experience, the learning process and the interaction. This article first introduces the social constructivism teaching theory and mode, confirms the teachers, students, tasks, the environment of the four aspects of the learning process. Then elaborated the teachers’ teaching behavior to students, study and their own beliefs. At the same time, through reflection on teaching, teachers can be aware of their own teaching concepts and beliefs, constantly monitor whether their actions reflect these beliefs, so as to achieve what they want and achieve unification.
