前不久,浙江某预备役师在南麂列岛以东地域摆兵布阵,组织了一场全员额、全要素、全装备、全过程的步兵团快速动员暨海岸岛屿防卫作战实兵演练。与往年不同的是,没有设置“一个部队演练,多家单位观摩”的看台,联手国动委和驻地军事机关同台开展快速动员演练;赋予1个步兵团担负海岸岛屿防卫作战任务,其他各团分别充当对抗和保障分队全程联演跟训,促进了部队快速动员能力和遂行多样化军事任务能力的提升。笔者亲历演练,全程参与,感到亮点颇多。
Not long ago, a reservist division in Zhejiang dispatched troops to the area east of Nanji Islands and organized a rapid mobilization of infantry regiments with full-scale, all-element, all-equipped and all-process coastal shore defensive operations and combat exercises. In contrast with previous years, there was no “one unit exercise and many units to observe” grandstands, and joint MOFCOM and resident military organs carried out rapid mobilization exercises on the same stage. One infantry regiment was assigned to take the task of defending coastal island defenses. Other groups, each serving as a countermeasure and safeguarding unit for the entire series of follow-up exercises, promoted the rapid mobilization of troops and the improvement of their ability to carry out diversified military tasks. I experienced the exercise, full participation, feel a lot of bright spots.
