本文从高职学生的就业竞争力的内涵以及提升高职学生就业竞争力的意义两方面,来分析高职实训基地的建设对学生就业竞争力提升的作用:培养职业认同感、造就非专业素养;获得解决实际工作问题的能力;实现学生零距离上岗。为了能够适应时代变化,高职实训基地的建设能够有效地促使高职教育教学模式、课程设置、实训实践、人才培养等各方面发生变革。
This article analyzes the connotation of the vocational competitiveness of higher vocational students and the significance of enhancing the employment competitiveness of higher vocational students to analyze the role of the construction of practical training bases in higher vocational colleges in enhancing the employment competitiveness of students: cultivating professional identity and creating non-professional Literacy; access to the ability to solve practical problems; to achieve zero induction of students. In order to be able to adapt to the changes of the times, the construction of practical training bases in higher vocational colleges can effectively promote the reform in all aspects of higher vocational education and teaching modes, curricula, practical training and personnel training.
