用阴极电解充氢法,对预制塑性变形的退火、正火及淬火低碳钢板的充氢及逸氢过程进行了研究,回归出经验公式,计算出D和E,以及D、E和Cav三者间的关系。结果表明:充氢时,Cav及D依退火、正火和淬火的的顺序增大,E则依次减小;逸氢时,Cav及E依上述顺序增大,D则依次减小。此外,随塑性变形量的增大,充氢时的Cav及D增大,E减小逸氢时,Cav及E增大,D减小。且Cav、D及E三者间存在一定的数量关系,又随塑性变形量的变化呈现有规律的变化。计算值与试验值基本一致。
