氢在不同钢组织中的扩散

用阴极电解充氢法,对预制塑性变形的退火、正火及淬火低碳钢板的充氢及逸氢过程进行了研究,回归出经验公式,计算出D和E,以及D、E和Cav三者间的关系。结果表明:充氢时,Cav及D依退火、正火和淬火的的顺序增大,E则依次减小;逸氢时,Cav及E依上述顺序增大,D则依次减小。此外,随塑性变形量的增大,充氢时的Cav及D增大,E减小逸氢时,Cav及E增大,D减小。且Cav、D及E三者间存在一定的数量关系,又随塑性变形量的变化呈现有规律的变化。计算值与试验值基本一致。 Using cathodic electrolysis and hydrogen charging method, the processes of hydrogen charging and hydrogen evacuation of precast plastic deformation annealing, normalizing and quenching low carbon steel were studied, and the empirical formula was regressed to calculate D and E, and D, E and Cav III The relationship between.
