目的了解长春市辖区单位餐饮具消毒卫生状况,为制定相应预防措施提供科学依据。方法用大肠菌群快速检测纸片法检测长春市2009年辖区餐饮业采集样本7 712件。结果餐饮具合格率86.70%,合格率最低月份6月(49.55%)、5月(78.33%)、7月(82.68%);大型规模餐饮业合格率91.12%,中型86.79%,小型82.41%。结论卫生监督监测部门应特别加强5、6、7月份和小型规模餐饮业餐饮具消毒监管力度。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection and hygiene of tableware in Changchun municipality and to provide a scientific basis for formulating the corresponding preventive measures. Methods A total of 7 712 samples collected from the catering industry in Changchun City in 2009 were detected by the rapid detection of coliform bacteria by disk test. Results The qualification rate of catering equipment was 86.70%. The lowest passing rate was June (49.55%) in May, 78.33% in May and 82.68% in July. The pass rate of large-scale catering industry was 91.12%, medium-sized 86.79% and small-sized 82.41%. Conclusion The health supervision and monitoring department should strengthen supervision on the sterilization of tableware in May, June and July and small-scale catering industry.
