本文研究了水雾化CPM10V高碳高矾粉末的真空脱氧工艺,试验证明在真空度1.6 ×10~(-4)乇、温度1120℃、时间120分为最佳脱氧工艺。
In this paper, the vacuum deoxygenation process of water atomized CPM10V high carbon alum powder was studied. It was proved that the optimal deoxygenation process was at a vacuum of 1.6 × 10 -4 Torr, a temperature of 1120 ℃ and a time of 120 minutes.
