后摆式淬火机是钢板弹簧淬火和弧度成型时的一种常用设备。该后摆式淬火机要求对钢板弹簧德夹紧与松夹、升降、摇摆等动作的控制全部采用液压传动。本系统原理部分充分考虑了夹紧与松夹、升降、摇摆各动作的相互协调动作,以使设计出的汽车钢板弹簧淬火机更好的满足淬火工序的各种需要。后摆式淬火机操作简易方便,而且整个过程安全可靠,是钢板弹簧淬火时工序的必备设备之一。
