目的:了解海军部队人员门诊服务需求和利用的基本情况,为上级卫生决策部门合理分配卫生资源提出决策建议。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样,本次调查共抽取海军的7个兵种,3700名人员,有效问卷3566份,有效率96.38%。采用通径分析进行研究。结果:在11个影响两周就诊率的因素中,两周患病卧床率、供药满意率、平均就诊距离、初中以下人员比率四个因素的作用占99.00%(直接决定系数0.990),其中两周患病卧床率、供药满意率是影响两周就诊率的最主要因素,总作用分别为0.992(直接决定系数0.682)和0.890(直接决定系数0.572)。结论:训练伤防护健康教育率和供药满意率越高,有利于提高官兵门诊服务需求与利用的水平。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the basic situation of demand and utilization of out-patient service of naval forces personnel and make recommendations for the decision-making of rational allocation of health resources to higher-level health decision-making departments. Methods: A stratified cluster random sampling was used. In this survey, a total of 7 arms of the Navy and 3,700 personnel were employed. There were 3566 valid questionnaires with an effective rate of 96.38%. Path analysis is used to study. Results: Of the 11 factors influencing the two-week visit rate, the two-week prevalence rate of bedridden, satisfaction rate of drug delivery, average visiting distance, and percentage of persons below junior high school accounted for 99.00% (direct decision coefficient 0.990), of which The two-week prevalence of bed-ridden rates and the rate of drug-delivery satisfaction were the most important factors affecting the two-week visit rate, with total effects of 0.992 (direct determination coefficient of 0.682) and 0.890 (direct determination coefficient of 0.572). Conclusion: The higher rate of health education and the rate of satisfaction with drug delivery for training injuries is conducive to improving the demand and utilization of out-patient service by officers and men.
