随着幼儿园教学管理体制改革步伐的加快,幼儿园教学管理已经成为幼儿园核心工作之一。因此,我们试图从现实问题出发,从教学资源管理入手,积极利用信息化的技术和手段,建构一套信息化的教学资源管理模式和共享平台,实现信息化教学资源管理,建构有效的园际教学资料有效共享模式,放大资源功效,提高管理效率。突破管理困境,有效促进教师队伍专业化成长。
