转变社区教育方式已成为当前社区教育的重要内容。社区教育项目化运行是要充分利用各种本土教育资源,通过各种与项目相关联的教育活动形式,广泛开展不同类型人群的教育培训活动,以求达到项目预定的目标。它具有民众的广泛参与性、教育方式上的互动性、项目的可持续发展性等特征。强化动态管理,过程上坚持项目的活动性,是开展并发展一个区域社区教育的一个行之有效的措施。拟从项目化运行入手,分析项目化在开展社区教育过程中所具有的积极推进作用。
Changing the way of community education has become an important part of community education. The project-based operation of community education is to make full use of various local education resources and carry out a wide range of education and training activities for different types of people through various forms of educational activities associated with the project so as to achieve the planned goals of the project. It has the characteristics of extensive public participation, educational interaction and project sustainability. Strengthening dynamic management and adhering to the project’s activity on the process is an effective measure to carry out and develop a community education in the region. It is proposed to start with the operation of the project and to analyze the proactive role of project in carrying out community education.
