哲学社会科学的繁荣发展,关系到一个国家的软实力和一个民族文明素质的提升。党的十七届六中全会明确把繁荣发展哲学社会科学作为推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣、建设社会主义文化强国的一项重要内容,对繁荣发展哲学社会科学提出了新要求、新任务。高校是我国哲学社会科学事业的主力军,是建设国家哲学社会科学创新体系的重要力量,在建设社会主义文化强国的伟大进程中,承担着光荣使命和崇高责任。
The prosperity and development of philosophy and social science have a bearing on the soft power of a country and the promotion of the quality of a nation’s civilization. The 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee explicitly regards the prosperity and development of philosophy and social science as an important part of promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture and building a strong socialist country and has set new requirements and new tasks for the prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences. Colleges and universities are the main force in the cause of philosophy and social sciences in our country and an important force in building an innovation system of national philosophy and social sciences. They shoulder their glorious mission and noble responsibility in the great process of building a strong socialist country.
